IPhone cap problems? National Data?

For some reason on my usage details it says that I was charged a random amount of money, PKT, which is national data and it says internet 1023 kb or something and I have no idea what it means, sometimes imnot even using the internet and it says it... plus I am connected to wifi in my house..
