SOURCES FOR A COMPARISON BETWEEN COGNITIVE PROCESSES AND SOFTWARE?

Yahoo tells me using all caps can be perceived as shouting. Didn't mean to shout, I just like caps. If anyone knows of any useful (preferably book) sources I could base this comparison on, do share. Or if you have any other comments/suggestions...
