My knees hurt really bad from hockey?

ok so i kept getting hit by hard slapshots in hockey a while ago and it has been 2 years and one knee cap is sitting slightly to the outside which is not normal but all together one leg is longer and thats the one that is slightly to the side and hurts the most but they both hurt really bad
