Im 16 year old and scared about my height, I'm 5'4"?

I'm a 16 year old Korean boy and I'm pretty scared about my height as I reach adulthood, I'm adopted so I have NO info on my birth parents' heights at all. Is there any way I could figure out how tall I will be? All I have to go off is that a couple of my Korean friends said they grew later around their junior year and senior year into their heights around 5'10". I was also told by my doctor that he thinks I'd be around 5'8"-5'9" by my knee caps? But I had someone say thats not true. Last question is, what could I do to help myself get taller?
