How to stop caps lock coming on when logging in to my computer user?

I have had this problem for a long time and is driving me mad, when I start the computer and it go's in to my computer user meaning I got a user for me and another user for someone else. when I go on to mine the caps key comes on all the time until I turn it off, but on the other user it douse not do it only mine. Any ideas? it seams like know one has ever heard of this problem.
