How can I fix my xbox problem plz?

Wen i record games at the moment i do not have a cap card. I am getting one though. I plug my xbox direct into my DVD recorder and record it on PAL-50, but with games that require PAL-60 the screen goes really shaky so I can not play or record well at all so its ****. How can I fix this? I want to record black ops but it requires me to run it on PAL-60 :'( PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
