How to check and reset the timing on a 1994 ford f150?

94 ford f150 5.0 2wd p/u truck with dual gas tanks. crank no start issue. have checked almost everything that could possibly cause this problem (there is fuel at the schrader valve and its of adequate amount, there is compression and spark and the battery is good the distributor cap and rotor button are good or new, the ignition control module (TFI) has been replaced. Im leaning towards jumped timing. How do I check to see if the timing is off and how do I reset the timing in the event it is off? thanks.

What video capture should I get?

I want to get a usb video capture device. I am only going use it for video games. I want it to be a HD usb capture device that makes videogames look amazing. Then i don't want t to be that pricy though. Like the cap is like $100. I already looked at the Diamond VC500 One-Touch Capture and the Diamond VC600 One-Touch Capture. But, im not sold on them yet.

All the matches were predictable except R-Truth vs Mysterio, so it was kind of boring. I would give it a 3 out of 10. I watched it to see if they would change it up this time but no they didn't. It went exactly as I predicted except R-Truth vs Mysterio match.
